Admission Documents

 Ukrainian Program (Based on NMT / EVI / EFVV results)

To enroll in the Ukrainian program, the following documents must be submitted:

  1. Passport (original and copy).
    *In case of a passport with a contactless electronic chip, a copy of the certificate / extract of residential registration must be attached.
  2. Tax Identification Number (original and copy).
  3. Previous education document, which serves as the basis for admission, or any foreign previous education document, provided 2025 NMT results are available (original and copy).
  4. Transcript (supplement) with grades for the previous education document (original and copy of all pages).
  5. NMT Certificate (for Bachelor's admission) or the examination sheet of the Unified Entrance Exam (EVI) / Unified Professional Entrance Test (EFVV) (for Master's admission).
  6. Printed NMT / EVI / EFVV results on plain A4 sheets.
  7. Certificate of name/surname change (if applicable).
  8. Four color photographs (3x4 cm).
  9. Military ID (from age 25) or temporary certificate (from age 25), or conscription registration certificate (up to age 25) (original and copy), or an extract from the "Rezerv+" mobile app.
  10. Extract from the order or a copy of the military unit commander's order granting permission to study while in active service (for active military personnel).
  11. Motivational letter, printed on a plain A4 sheet.

  Ukrainian-Polish Program

To enroll in the Polish-Ukrainian program, ORIGINALS, COPIES, and SCANNED COPIES of the following documents must be submitted:

  1. International passport of a citizen of Ukraine (original, high-quality copy).
  2. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (original, high-quality copy).
    *In case of a passport with a contactless electronic chip, a copy of the certificate / extract of residential registration must be attached.
  3. Tax Identification Code (original, high-quality copy).
  4. Education document serving as the basis for admission (original, high-quality copy).
  5. Transcript with grades for the education document (original, high-quality copy of all pages).
  6. APOSTILLE on the Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education (11th grade) (must be done firstly!!! before submitting documents for Polish translation).
  7. NOTARIZED POLISH TRANSLATION of the Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education (11th grade) (translation is performed strictly only if the apostille is present!!!).
  8. APOSTILLE on the transcript for the Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education (11th grade) (must be done firstly!!! before submitting documents for Polish translation).
  9. NOTARIZED POLISH TRANSLATION of the transcript for the Certificate of Complete General Secondary Education (11th grade) (translation is performed strictly only if the apostille is present!!!).
  10. Certificate of name/surname change if necessary (original, high-quality copy).
  11. NOTARIZED POLISH TRANSLATION of the name/surname change certificate (original).
  12. Four color photographs (3x4 cm).

  Ukrainian-Kazakh Program

To enroll in the Ukrainian-Kazakh program, the following documents must be submitted:

  1. International passport of a citizen of Ukraine (original, high-quality copy).
  2. Passport of a citizen of Ukraine (original, high-quality copy).
    *In case of a passport with a contactless electronic chip, a copy of the certificate / extract of residential registration must be attached.
  3. Tax Identification Code (original, high-quality copy).
  4. Education document serving as the basis for admission (original, high-quality copy).
  5. Transcript with grades for the education document (original, high-quality copy of all pages).
  6. KAZAKH TRANSLATION of the education document serving as the basis for admission.
  7. Certificate of name/surname change if necessary (original, high-quality copy).
  8. KAZAKH TRANSLATION of the name/surname change certificate (original).
  9. Four color photographs (3x4 cm).
