About the Institute

Dniprovsky Institute of IAPM PJSC is a separate structural unit of the Private Joint Stock Company Higher Educational Establishment “Interregional Academy of Personnel Management” (Kyiv).

The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management (IAPM) was established in 1989 as a non-governmental institution of higher learning, professionally engaged in management and business issues.

IAPM is the largest economic and humanitarian institution of higher education in Ukraine, with students from 39 countries studying in 20 specialties and 109 specialties. Thousands of skilled management professionals have been trained over the years: manufacturing and business executives, managers, financiers, marketers, sociologists, psychologists, lawyers.

Academy

The Academy is licensed under Level IV by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine №156-l of 19.07.2017) and accredited by all licensed specialties with the right to issue diplomas of higher education of the state model. IAPC is a member of the International Personnel Academy (ICA), an international civic organization and the International Association of Universities of the European Network of Universities of Continuing Education (EUCEN).

Founder and President of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management - Georgy Shchokin is a Supervisory Board of IAPM Chairman, All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation "Charity" Chairman, deputy head of International Biographical Centre (England) and American Biographical Institute (USA). He has scientific degrees in psychology, sociology and management, Professor of Theology. Honorary doctor and Professor, honorary and full member (Academician) of universities and academies of Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Britain, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Cuba, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, United States.

Overview

In November 1995, a research and production enterprise was set up in Dnepropetrovsk to carry out the functions of providing educational activities under the licenses issued by the IAPM.

In 1997 , the research and production enterprise was transformed into the Training and Consulting Center of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management. It was one of the first IAPM training centers in Ukraine. He was granted affiliate status in 1998.

An important event for IAPM was the introduction of full-time education in 2001.

In 2005, the branch was transformed into the Dnipropetrovsk Institute of the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management.

A student chapel in honor of the Twelve Apostles was opened and consecrated on August 30, 2010 in order to enhance the spirituality of student youth.

The Akathist reading is held every Sunday in the chapel in honor of the Twelve Apostles. Akathist is a special form of Christian poetry, song, thanksgiving, and hymn honoring Jesus Christ, the Most Holy Theotokos, the saints, and honoring the feast that provides inspiration, spiritual help, and support in difficult life situations.

September 11, 2017 Dnipropetrovsk Institute changed its name to Dnipro Institute.

The modern development of the institute is aimed at training not only professional, but above all comprehensive, mobile professionals capable of working in the face of constant change.

It is important to involve students in collaborative research with teachers. Their results are presented and discussed at scientific and practical conferences. The topics of students' scientific reports within these activities are related to the economic and legal problems of the development of modern society.

The material and technical base provides the necessary facilities for the core activities of the Institute.

There is a student cafe in the structure of the school.

Graduates receive a state-of-the-art diploma, designed in accordance with the requirements of international law, enabling them to obtain a professional degree or to continue their studies in many countries in the world.

Among the graduates of the institute are entrepreneurs, managers of banks and enterprises, chief accountants, managers of small and medium-sized businesses, high-ranking officials, lawyers of public and private firms, law enforcement officials and others. They work not only in Ukraine, but also in many countries in the world - Belgium, England, Germany, France, Israel, Australia and other countries.
