Employers' Council

The Employers' Council is formed with the involvement of leading employees from industries that correspond to the specialist training profile at the Dnipro Institute.

The goal of forming the Employers' Council is to ensure the high quality of specialist training based on comprehensive cooperation between the Institute and stakeholders (interested enterprises and organizations – leading employers) by combining the intellectual potential, material, financial, and corporate resources of the partners.

The main tasks of the Employers' Council are:

  • Enhancing the Institute's image in the educational services market of the region and Ukraine;
  • Forecasting labor market needs for specialists in the relevant field;
  • Providing proposals for improving professional requirements for specialists;
  • Evaluating the quality of curricula and educational programs;
  • Participating in the development of content, information-methodological, and material-technical support for the elective component of curricula and educational programs;
  • Joint implementation and resource support of educational programs, industrial, and pre-graduation internships;
  • Involving students and academic staff in the actual production and research activities of the Institute's partner enterprises and organizations;
  • Developing partnership infrastructure, creating joint classrooms, laboratories, etc.;
  • Involving employees of institutions, enterprises, and organizations in the educational process (lecturing, conducting practical classes, supervising internships, term papers, and graduation projects);
  • Developing and testing effective mechanisms for interaction between the Institute and employer enterprises;
  • Organizing joint conferences and seminars;
  • Creating a database of leading enterprises in the region and Ukraine that can provide high-level practical training for students;
  • Participating in the quality assessment of graduate training;
  • Ensuring the employment of Institute graduates (preliminary assignment of future graduates to their first workplace);
  • Continuous monitoring of the quality of specialist training among graduates and leading employers;
  • Organizing professional development and internships for the Institute's academic staff at employer enterprises.

Composition of the Employers' Council:

  1. Babchenko Maryna Oleksandrivna - Head of the communal preschool education institution (kindergarten) No. 105 of a compensating type of the Dnipro City Council.
  2. Biloshenko Serhiy Ivanovych - General Director of the Municipal Commercial Production Firm "SLAVUTYCH".
  3. Drozdovskyi Oleh Anatoliyovych - Director of the private enterprise "DOUMED Ukraine Retail".
  4. Pinchuk Andriy Mykolayovych - Director of the Charity Institution "St. John the Righteous Center for Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, and Inclusive Education".
  5. Reutskyi Maksym Volodymyrovych - Director of the Studio of Practical Psychology (psychological center), Dnipro.
  6. Semenko Tetiana Vadymivna - Head of the Analytics and Judicial Statistics Department of the Dnipropetrovsk District Administrative Court.
  7. Fedortsiv Nataliia Ivanivna - Dnipro Region of JSC "TAScombank", Regional Retail Business Manager, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board.
