For the second consecutive year, IAPM has been included in the ranking of Europe's top universities — QS World University Rankings.
For the second consecutive year, IAPM has been included in the ranking of Europe's top universities — QS World University Rankings: Europe 2026. The Interregional Academy of Personnel Management has demonstrated significant progress in this prestigious international ranking, securing 493rd place among European universities. Furthermore, the Academy has been recognized among the Top 100 institutions in Eastern Europe.
At the same time, IAPM is among the top ten leaders in Ukrainian higher education. According to the QS World University Rankings: Europe 2026, one of the most authoritative international rankings, the Academy ranks 8th among Ukrainian universities.
The Academy's overall score has increased substantially: rising from 15.4 in 2025 to 22.8 in 2026, highlighting IAPM's dynamic development and the strengthening of its international standing.
Its relative position among European universities has also improved: while IAPM previously outperformed 35.8% of institutions, it now surpasses 48.6% of universities in Europe.
Among the 57 Ukrainian higher education institutions featured in the QS Europe ranking, IAPM achieved the best results in the country across several key indicators, ranking 1st in the following categories:
Faculty Student Ratio
Inbound Exchange Students
Outbound Exchange Students
High positions in the Employment Outcomes indicator underscore the practical orientation of education at IAPM — the graduate employment rate stands at 98.4%.
These results confirm the high standard of quality education at IAPM, as well as the consistent strengthening of the Academy's international competitiveness and scientific cooperation.
