Eduard Abashiya, a lecturer at the Department of Psychology of the Dnipro Institute of IAPM (Interregional Academy of Personnel Management), legal scholar, and clinical psychologist at the Mental Health Center of the Municipal Non-Profit Enterprise "City Clinical Hospital No. 6" of Dnipro City Council, took an active part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "OXFORD 2026: SCIENCE AND EDUCATION TODAY" within the session "Psychology and Psychiatry" and received a personalized certificate containing 1 ECTS credit (30 academic hours).
In accordance with the Procedure for Professional Development of Pedagogical and Academic Staff, approved by Resolution No. 800 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 21, 2019, it is established that pedagogical and academic staff are obliged to continuously improve their qualifications.
The purpose of professional development for pedagogical and academic staff is their professional growth in accordance with state educational policy and quality assurance in education. Pedagogical and academic staff can enhance their qualifications both in Ukraine and abroad.
