Full-time distance higher education, in accordance with Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" and Article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service", gives students the right to deferment from conscription term military service and from conscription for military service during mobilization.
