With the assistance of the State Employment Service, you have the opportunity to receive a voucher for obtaining FREE professional pre-higher and higher education, if you belong to the following categories of citizens:

• internally displaced persons of working age in the absence of work;
• persons with disabilities in the absence of suitable work;
• persons who, during the period of martial law in Ukraine or some of its localities during service, labor and other activities, living in the relevant territory, were injured, contused, maimed or diseased as a result of military aggression, being directly in the areas of military (combat) actions and during military (combat) operations or in areas subject to bombardment, airstrikes and other armed attacks, in case of appropriate recommendations in the individual rehabilitation plan, regardless of the establishment of their disability;
• persons released from military service after participating in the anti-terrorist operation, in the implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, repelling and deterring the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, in measures necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine, the protection of the safety of the population and the interests of the state in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, until they reach the retirement age established by law and on the condition that they apply within three years from the date of release;
• persons in respect of whom, according to the legislation, the fact of deprivation of personal freedom has been established as a result of armed aggression against Ukraine, after their release.
• persons over 45 years of age, whose insurance experience is at least 15 years, before reaching the statutory retirement age;
• persons dismissed from military service (except conscripts), service in internal affairs bodies, tax police, etc. in connection with a reduction in numbers, staff or due to health conditions before they reach the retirement age established by law, if available at least 10 years of service.

From the set list of majors for free pre-higher or higher education at our Academy, you can study in the following majors:

To receive the specified training voucher, citizens of the above categories must apply to the regional or local branch of the Employment Center with the appropriate application.

The procedure for issuing study vouchers for the specified categories of citizens was approved by Resolution No. 207 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 20, 2013.
