Applications for contract-based education will be open until 18:00 on August 22 (Kyiv time).
Applications are submitted through the electronic cabinet on the website vstup.edbo.gov.ua

Please note:
- after submitting the first application, no data in the electronic cabinet can be changed. Check everything before submitting applications;
- in total, you can submit up to 15 applications: a maximum of 5 for budget-funded places, others for contract-based education. For all budget applications, you need to set priorities from 1 to 5, where 1 is the most desirable application for admission;
- if you have a privilege, we advise you to contact the nearest educational institution with the relevant documents to enter information in the appropriate register before submitting applications. When submitting applications, check if the privileges are displayed;
- you can cancel a budget application without losing priority only BEFORE it is reviewed by the educational institution (i.e., before it gets the status "Registered at the educational institution" or "Requires clarification by the applicant"). After that, you can cancel the application only with the loss of priority.
After the applicant's application receives the status "Recommended (contract)", they need to confirm their choice of study place.
This can be done online in the electronic cabinet or in person at the educational institution.
In the electronic cabinet, confirmation of choice is possible in several ways:
- using QES (qualified electronic signature);
- using Diia.Signature;
- uploading a scanned copy of a hand-signed application (only for applicants who are in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine or abroad and cannot obtain a QES).
You will need to confirm your choice of study place by 18:00 on August 30.
