But in 2024, this holiday is truly gaining new meaning and depth. Right now, when independence and freedom are under the greatest threat due to the trial by fire of war, our nation demonstrates an invincible desire to protect and preserve everything our ancestors fought and shed their blood for.

On this day, we not only celebrate our past but also affirm our faith in the future. Every step, every joint prayer, every hand that rises to defend our land is an expression of the strongest feelings of patriotism. Today, we pay tribute to those who won our freedom in past generations, as well as those who now stand to protect the motherland from any danger.

May this Independence Day be a symbol of our unity and steadfastness. We are proud of our state, our cultural heritage, our achievements. And although the trials may be difficult, together we will prove that the spirit of the Ukrainian people is invincible.
