Today actualizes the problems of humanization of processes that take place in politics, economics, law, education, culture, education, art in order to create conditions for free self-realization of the individual in ensuring a dignified life and justice in society. The constructive opinions of heads of scientific and educational institutions, philosophers, government officials, theologians, teachers, psychologists, social workers, all those who work with people and seek effective methods of spiritual and moral development of Ukraine, civil society and the individual on the basis of Truth are analyzed in a wide discourse. , Good, Beauty. And it is on this sacred path of service to the present and future of the Fatherland that the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management confidently walks.

That is why once visiting the Academy, in particular its Kyiv site, feeling the beneficial influence of art objects that perpetuate the memory of ancient, Christian architectural heritage and outstanding personalities of world history, immersed in scientific, philosophical, cultural, social atmosphere, students, scientists, guests become our sincere friends and seek to help in the development of modern science and education in Ukraine.

It is worth noting the state-building role of education and science in the lives of peoples. Tracing the history of any civilization, we can immediately see that the people were especially large, rich, strong and invincible when they were engaged in building the state, science, education and upbringing on a spiritual and moral basis, and did not fall into the abyss of dismantling the welfare state. political powerlessness and evil.
