Student Rights Ombudsman

The Student Rights Ombudsman is a special representative who provides qualified assistance in resolving various student issues. His main goal is to protect the rights and interests of the student community, promoting transparency and fairness in all matters related to the educational process and student life.
Currently, the duties of the ombudsman are carried out by the Head of the Student Council, which allows for prompt responses to student problems and provides them with the necessary support.

Main Responsibilities

• Consultation Support: Providing legal consultations and recommendations for resolving issues that arise during studies or in student life.
• Conflict Mediation: Assisting in the resolution of disputes between students, teachers, and the administration of the educational institution.
• Rights Protection: Identifying cases of student rights violations and working to eliminate them, thereby creating conditions for a comfortable learning environment.
• Information Activities: Conducting explanatory work and informing students about their rights as well as the mechanisms for protecting them.
